Aura Manager Privacy Policy

Aura Manager ("Aura Manager", "we", "us") helps creators write, plan, organize, and launch creative work. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account-Scoped Memory

Aura uses your saved notes, preferences, ratings, uploads, and Pro tool context to provide the service inside your account. We do not design Aura to share your private creative history with other users.

Your Creative Work

You keep ownership of the creative material you bring into Aura and the outputs you create with it. Aura Manager only needs permission to host, process, and display that material so the product can work.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways:

a) Information you provide

  • Account details such as email, name, and profile settings.
  • Creative content you add, including prompts, notes, goals, uploads, drafts, preferences, and generated outputs.
  • Feedback, support messages, and screenshots you choose to send.

b) Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser information.
  • Log data such as pages visited, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

c) Optional integrations

If optional third-party integrations are enabled, we may store connection status and the limited metadata needed to provide the feature.

We do not sell your personal data.

2. How we use information

  • Provide the service, including authentication, chat, notes, uploads, generation, PDFs, support, and Pro tools.
  • Personalize Aura with your display name, preferences, saved memory, and plan limits.
  • Improve reliability, safety, and performance.
  • Communicate about support, product updates, beta access, billing, and security.
  • Prevent abuse and enforce community guidelines.

3. Cookies and session storage

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, maintain security, prevent fraud, and remember product preferences. Some features may not work if cookies are blocked.

4. Third-party services

Aura Manager may rely on third-party providers to operate, such as:

  • Supabase for authentication and database services.
  • Vercel for hosting and delivery.
  • OpenAI or other model providers for generation and analysis features.
  • Email providers for sign-in links and support messages.
  • Payment providers if billing is enabled.

These providers process limited data on our behalf to deliver the service.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain safety, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to legal and operational constraints.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. No online service is completely risk-free, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will provide notice within the product or by email where appropriate.
