Aura Manager Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aura Manager ("Aura", "we", "us"). By using Aura, you agree to these Terms.

Data Stewardship

Project data is processed in a volatile environment and discarded from immediate AI memory after your roadmap is generated. We do not retain your creative content for model training or persistent storage beyond what is required for your session.

Full User Ownership

All AI-generated strategies, plans, and creative outputs are the sole property of the User under international intellectual property laws. Aura Manager asserts no claim over your creative work.

1. Using Aura

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use Aura. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Aura for illegal activities
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the service
Upload malware or harmful code
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
Use automation to abuse the product (spam, scraping, brute force)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You own the content you create and upload to Aura. By using the service, you grant Aura a limited license to host, store, and process your content only to provide the service.

5. Beta features

Some features may be labeled beta or experimental and may change or be removed at any time. Beta features may be unstable.

6. Subscriptions and billing (if enabled)

Aura may offer paid plans. If you subscribe:

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law
We may change pricing with reasonable notice
Failure to pay may result in loss of access to paid features

7. Intellectual property

Aura Manager, its design, brand, and underlying software are owned by Aura and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service without permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using Aura at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if:

You violate these Terms
We must do so to comply with law
Continued operation poses risk to users or the platform

9. Disclaimers

Aura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Aura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Aura in the past 12 months (or zero if you are on a free plan).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll provide notice within the product or via email.
