Aura Manager Terms of Service

1. Using Aura

You must be at least 13 years old, or the legal age required in your country, to use Aura. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Aura for illegal activities.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or content you do not have rights to use.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or harm others.
• Use Aura to create instructions that enable violence, abuse, fraud, malware, or other unsafe behavior.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, notes, references, and generated outputs in your account. Do not upload private, copyrighted, confidential, or sensitive material unless you have the right to use it with Aura.

5. AI outputs

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a specific commercial use. Review and edit outputs before publishing, licensing, distributing, or relying on them.

6. Beta features

Some features may be beta, experimental, usage-limited, or provider-dependent. They may change, pause, or be removed as we improve the product.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Aura may offer paid plans. If you subscribe:

• Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.
• Plan limits may apply to chat, media generation, PDFs, uploads, exports, memory, and Pro tools.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
• Failure to pay may result in loss of access to paid features.

8. Aura intellectual property

Aura Manager, its design, brand, software, workflows, and product experience are owned by Aura Manager and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the service without permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using Aura at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we must comply with law, or if continued access creates risk for users or the platform.

10. Disclaimers

Aura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, commercial success, legal clearance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Aura in the past 12 months, or zero if you are on a free plan.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice within the product or by email where appropriate.
